Within walking distance to Yawa Aquatic Centre, this property is perfect for that next family holiday! A function open plan living with one family bathroom, comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Off-street parking and an outdoor patio with a convenient outdoor shower for those summer afternoons, this property is ideal for the family getaway, plus some friends! This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests / no parties. 20% Deposit automatically taken to secure booking – Final balance due 30 days prior to guest arrival. No refund 30 days prior to original guest check in date – Partial refund eligible if booking is cancelled outside of 30 days from original guest arrival date. Guests are required to complete a booking form, and licence ID and credit card details.
