There is one main bathroom with walk in shower, 2 toilets, as well as an outdoor shower - fabulous after a day at the beach. There are double doors leading from the main loungeroom to a lovely outdoor eating area on the flagstone terrace. Close to either McCrae shops / Cafes or the Rosebud shops / Cafes, including the famous Rosebud Vintage Bazaar! This is a unique and beautiful property, only a short drive to the Hot Springs, Wineries and all the wonderful places that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.
