Nestled in the sunny seaside town of Rosebud, this home combines a central address walking distance to the village, with easy, modern living. Perfect for families or groups, it is staged over two levels with ample room to spread out. The light-filled living and dining space is free flowing and opens to a patio. Take a moment outdoors over your favourite book while soaking up the crisp sea air. Cook up a feast in the gourmet kitchen, equipped with stylish appliances, then come together for a meal around the large dining table. You’ll also find plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants close by. There’s a generously sized lounge with a TV both downstairs and upstairs, allowing for different entertainment zones in the evening. The primary bedroom is located on the lower level. It comes with a queen-sized bed, ample wardrobe space and access to a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with two single beds that can be effortlessly pushed together to create a king-size bed upon request. With the added convenience of ceiling fans, you can ensure a comfortable and restful sleep throughout your stay. The main bathroom is located upstairs too and comes with a gorgeous bathtub and separate shower. You’ll also have access to laundry facilities, comprising a washing machine and dryer. Garage parking is provided for one car.

Hit the highest point on the peninsula following the easy 1.8km circuit walk to Arthurs Seat, then enjoy a dip in Rosebud’s calm, sheltered waters. Don’t miss an afternoon of relaxation at nearby Peninsula Hot Springs. Start the day with coffee and baked goods from Store 360 in next door Rye, pick your own strawberries at Sunny Ridge Farm and brunch at local favourite Merchant & Maker.
