How is the property laid out? The split level townhouse has the main living area overlooking the coastal trees with glimpses to the water. The verandah runs the length of the townhouse, and has an outdoor dining area, lounge and BBQ. The living area is an open area with lounge and TV, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. Upstairs is the master bedroom with spa bath and a private verandah, as well as a second bedroom with a queen bed. Downstairs features two more bedrooms - one queen and one with a bunk bed. The shared bathroom is downstairs and has a shower and toilet. The laundry is located in the garage.

Jervis Bay is a large, pristine bay located 3 hours south of Sydney.  It has crystal clear waters all year round and is famous for its stunning beaches, including Hyam Beach, which claims to have the whitest sand in the world!  Currarong, in the north, is a lovely mid-century holiday village with breathtaking headland walks, safe beaches and rock pools.  In the south, you can visit the popular towns of Huskisson, Vincentia and Hyams Beach, or take a drive through Booderee National Park, arguably one of the prettiest parks in Australia!
