Downstairs, you'll find two well appointed bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a tri bunk, both featuring built in robes and wall panel heaters for year round comfort. The ground floor also includes a central bathroom with a shower and toilet, plus a fully equipped laundry with a washing machine and dryer. At the rear, a private courtyard provides the ideal spot to hang out your wetsuits to dry and enjoy a peaceful space of your own.
Upstairs, natural light floods the spacious open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area which is a welcoming space for everyone to come together after a day at the beach. The kitchen features modern appliances including an electric oven and cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and a Breville coffee machine. Gather around the dining table with seating for eight, or enjoy casual meals at the breakfast bar, which seats four. The adjacent lounge area offers multiple comfortable couches, a flat screen TV, DVD player and a stereo for relaxed evenings in.
Also, on the upper floor there are two additional bedrooms. One with a queen bed, and the other with a tri bunk and a single bed. A second balcony extends from the lounge and featuring an outdoor seating and dining area, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening BBQ meal in the fresh air.
