Situated just a short 15-minute walk from the beach and a quick 7-minute drive to Rye a great location. Welcome to a coastal haven a 5-bedroom holiday home awaits with sprawling indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces. Two main living areas and a total of five bedrooms to ensure ample space for relaxation and rejuvenation. All bedrooms and living areas are located on the upper level. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with access to a delightful wraparound veranda. The room also boasts a walk-in robe and an ensuite. Accompanying this space, discover four other generously sized bedrooms. The heart of this enchanting home lies within its main living area, where a cozy fireplace invites you to unwind and bask in its warm embrace and a seamless flow to the dining and kitchen area. A second living area is located off the kitchen area, featuring a TV and sofas. This space graciously opens up to both the front and back decks The convenience of a separate laundry room, equipped with a washer and dryer. Host memorable gatherings on the spacious deck, complete with a BBQ and comfortable outdoor seating. Plus, your dog is welcome too at this pet-friendly retreat. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited. This home sleeps 9 people across 5 bedrooms.
