Cosy up in the open-plan living area with a TV catering to your evening entertainment, while a separate dining area invites you to relish meals at home while soaking up uninterrupted views of the Derwent. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials, including a full set of cookware for preparing meals. Step outside onto the private balcony and enjoy the sunrise over the river while sipping your morning coffee. The views continue on upstairs in the queen-sized primary bedroom, which offers an attached ensuite. You’ll also find a second queen bedroom on this level, along with another bathroom—offering both a shower and bath. Downstairs, a third bedroom houses two single beds, while a half bath adds to your group’s convenience. If you require a porta cot this is available on request at the time of booking. Make use of in-unit laundry and a two-car garage throughout the duration of your stay.
