The guest apartment is on the ground floor of our home in a quality beach suburb in Port Macquarie. The separate entrance is through a private gated courtyard. The bathroom is a full sized bathroom with toilet, vanity, bath and shower. The lounge room has comfortable seating for four and has reverse cycle air conditioning. The kitchenette is set up for preparing light meals and has a dining table and chairs. A natural sub tropical rainforest is at the end of our street and it is a highlight to walk through to Lighthouse Beach which is just a few minutes walk away. The Tacking Point Lighthouse is an historic site and ideal for whale watching. The unit is in fact a two bedroom apartment and has a queen sized bed in each of the rooms. Should you wish to book it as a two bedroom unit, additional fees will apply. Makings for a light breakfast is included on the first morning of your stay.
John and I (Angela) have recently retired and moved to our dream home in Port Macquarie in 2016 from Canberra. We both love meeting people and dining out at good restaurants and cafes. We are an active couple and love a walk along the beach, cycling and a game of golf. We like to greet you on arrival to settle you in and then leave you to enjoy yourselves. We are not intrusive and if you need anything during your stay you can contact us by phone, text or ringing our door bell. We are pleased to help in any way and are welcoming and want to make your stay an enjoyable one.
The neighborhood is very pleasant and safe with a lovely tropical feel. It is in Lighthouse Beach which is the up market area of Port Macquarie. Parking is plentiful right at the property on the street and is free.
