Sea Change is situated on a one acre block at the end of a quiet court in Marengo giving guests plenty of space and privacy. A one minute walk to the beach and two minute drive to Apollo Bay gives you all the towns amenities close at hand but also offers peace and tranquility. Enjoy the sounds of crashing waves and kookaburras and the occasional visit by koalas. This peaceful location is ideal for those wishing to relax and stroll on the beach or use as your base whilst you explore all this area has to offer. Accomodation is provided on the lower level offering a two bedroom suite with private bathroom and lounge area. Suited to a couple, group of up to four friends or a family. Once booked, you will be the only guests staying at that time, so there is no sharing of facilities with anyone else, which makes for a much more comfortable and relaxing stay experience especially when travelling with small children. There is a outdoor area with a bbq for your convenience. Private entrance and secure onsite parking with room for JetSki or boat.
As I was once a tourist myself, my favourite place to holiday each year was Marengo and I loved going for a run each day on the beach into Apollo Bay or a stroll along the rocks. I loved it so much In fact that when this property came on up for sale I had to own a piece of paradise myself and it brings me great joy to share it with guests and meet interesting people from all over the globe. It is my hope that you enjoy your stay and all that this area has to offer.
