In a leafy elevated position there are magnificent coastal vistas of turquoise blue ocean, from every angle. The spacious living, kitchen and dining area are located on the upper level of this home with a wrap around balcony. Whether your preparing a meal in the well-appointed kitchen or catching the latest sporting event on TV, there's a view to distract you every way you look. Enjoy summer evenings dining outdoors as you watch the sunset cast it's colours across the bay. In the winter months, the impressive stone fireplace will create a warm and cosy space to watch the waves crash against the shore. The master bedroom is located upstairs with it's own separate balcony and a sea view of course! The en-suite, complete with spa bath, and walk-in-robe are both generous in size, and there is also a powder room on this level. The fresh neutral palette continues downstairs to create that 'at the beach' feel throughout the home. A separate lounge area with TV and a kitchenette, create a wonderful additional space for a second family or the children. Each of the bedrooms are bright and airy with large windows and sliding doors, plus double robes in each room. Everyone will be entertained at Sea Spell. There's a table tennis table, set of swings, small lawn area for a game of cricket or boules, a pizza oven with dining table set in the garden, and plenty of spaces to find some quiet time for oneself. This is a perfect place to stay for a down-south holiday.
