One of the area’s biggest drawcards for families is Wowly Creek. This sheltered, shallow waterway is a natural playground—perfect for children to splash, paddle, and explore for hours. Parents can relax knowing the calm conditions are ideal for little swimmers, while picnics on the sandy banks make for easy, memorable days out. Beyond the creek, Callala Bay offers scenic walking and cycling paths, wildlife spotting, and plenty of open green spaces.
