Hi my name is Lisa Emrose, I run a boutique short term rental business called Rejuvenate Stays and I have a number of hand picked properties across selected areas in Victoria. They range from Phillip Island to Clunes to Inverloch and Melbourne CBD. I love being able to help you find accommodation that will fit your every need so please don't hesitate in contacting me. Points of interest: If you visit in the warmer months, you won’t want to miss a visit to the beach which is about 1.1 km from the house. Although it’s a nice place to be in the cooler months too! Bounce at Jumpz Anglesea only a 3 minute drive from the house - This simple trampoline park is lots of fun! At this one of the Anglesea attractions Victoria, you will find tons of trampolines all laid out together as well as ones tilted on their sides for tons of jumping fun! Take a 15 minute drive to BellBrae Estate where you can find a boutique family-owned vineyard and cellar door, the estate enjoys a cool, maritime climate and produces elegant wines such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc and Shiraz. Located just before arriving in Anglesea on the Great Ocean Road, get a free taste of chocolate and ice cream at the Chocolaterie And Ice Creamery, this chocolate factory isn’t just delicious but interesting too as you can watch them making the chocolates from inside. Located up the Anglesea River, Coogoorah Park Nature Reserve is the perfect place to visit to take a bush walk, play at a great playground or do some fishing.

Once the booking is confirmed, we will require a copy of the guest's ID along with a selfie photo while holding it.

A valid credit card is necessary for the damage deposit bond, which will be authorized 2-3 days before your arrival.

Kindly acknowledge and sign the terms and conditions before your arrival.

Failure to provide these documents may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Please note that the property can only accommodate guests aged 25 or older unless accompanied by an adult over 25.

Additionally, there is a non-refundable 3.5% credit card fee for any payment made using a credit card.

The booking deposit will be charged immediately after booking. Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
