When the roaring forties hit, bunker down in comfort and enjoy the show. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, smart tv and outstanding water views. Same can be said for the lounge room - smart TV, views, comfy lounge and wood heater. From the lounge a sliding door opens onto a covered patio area that has. beanbags, chaise outdoor lounge, gas bbq and outside fire pot for some night time ambience. There is a large bathroom with shower, separate toilet and laundry facilities. There’s a picnic basket and rug that you can pack and take on your travels around the island, or better still, buy some local produce and wine and enjoy a picnic at any one of the Island's amazing landmarks such as Cloudy or Adventure Bay, the Lighthouse or the Neck Beach.

We are locals who love Bruny Island and the special location at Cemetery Beach. Our family have spent many a summer day and evening relaxing, wasting time and creating memories at this hidden gem. We don’t live on the property, you have the beach bungalow all to yourself. Generally we leave you to your own devices to enjoy your break, but if you need us, we are only a message away and can call round at any time convenient to you.

Cemetery Beach at Lunawanna provides a convenient location for you to explore all of the major attractions South Bruny Island has to offer such as Cloudy Bay, Adventure Bay and the Lighthouse. If you want to sample a taste of Bruny, close by is the local winery (5 minutes by car) and just a bit further is the local hotel (10 minutes). Eating in? we would recommend you bring your food supplies from Hobart or call in to Kingston on your way to stock up on supplies. Access the Island by vehicular ferry. Gravel roads in places so take care - drive according to conditions.
