Directly across the road from Marengo beach is this beautiful three-bedroom cottage. It is set on 8 acres of manicured common property which is home to native wildlife and a children's playground.
A large hot tub and decking area provides for entertaining and family bbqs.
The interior of the property has state-of-the-art appliances and a beautiful open fireplace.
A beach holiday the whole family can enjoy.
You may even spot our resident koala Harry.
Directly across the road from Marengo beach, home to Australian fur seals.
A short walk to Marengo Nature reserve, airport (joy flights) and Apollo Bay town.
Apollo Bay township is a 2.5km trip. A quick drive or a beautiful walk along the beachside track. There is plenty of parking in town at local restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. There is a local taxi service available.
