We are Eco-Friendly - Personal Toiletries are BYO We operate under a Strict No-Party & Non-Excessive Noise Policy as prescribed in the NSW STR Legislation & Local Council Laws. Pools where applicable are only open from end of September School Holidays to end of Easter school holidays. Wood fires only operate between end of April School Holidays & end of September School Holidays. We supply firewood, kindling & fire-starters for max 1-2 nights. Extra Guests: The number of people nominated on your booking is the maximum number of people that are allowed to be on the property at any one time. Cameras and Noise Monitoring: this property may have Wi-Fi Security Cameras at the front & rear access points + noise monitoring devices in line with NSW STR Code of Conduct. Every booking must complete an electronic guest registration prior to arrival with visual identification. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the accommodation within 7 days of check out. The premises must be left in a clean and tidy condition. The BBQ must be cleaned prior to check out, or an additional cleaning fee of $50 will be charged. Early check in from 10:00 and late check out of up to 12:00 may be available for an additional charge of $60. This is subject to availability upon prior request at least 24 hours prior to stay.
