Large 3 Bedroom Apartment with 2.5 Bathrooms located on the 39th level of Chevron Renaissance with views from the North East rapping around to the West. Family friendly resort style ammenities with 3 pools and 2 hot spas, Supermarket, Restaurants, Bottle Shop, Asian Grocery directly under Building, 450m to Main Cavil Beach, 400m to Cavil Mall for more restaurants, Bars, Clubs and kids Entertainment, Ten Pin bowling, Timezone and more. This apartment has a premium King Bed in the Master Bedroom with an ensuite and views out to the hinterland, the second bedroom has another premium King bed with balcony access with views north to the seaway and hinterland out to the west, the third bedroom can have 2 king single beds, or a king bed (singles joined) - it's up to you. The second and third bedroom share a bathroom. There is also a separate powder room. Full laundry and In the kitchen you will have everything you need with kettle and all cooking utensils supplied. In the living and dining area there are several seating options and Foxtel to enjoy.. From the balcony you can enjoy the ocean, hinterland and river views. Sit outside with a drink in hand, relax and enjoy
