This unique place has a special style all its own. You will love seeing the incredible stars at night, going to sleep to the awesome sounds of the ocean, waking up in the midst of peppermint trees, walking to many beautiful places, having your own hot outdoorsy shower, and snoozing in the quiet afternoon in this classic beachside neighbourhood of Gnarabup, Margaret River's favourite swimming beach. You will have your own entrance, bathroom and plenty of private outdoor space to just relax.
Sleepy Hollow is the perfect location for those walking the C2C. It’s so close to the beach and trails, you can rest up before your next section. We even have heat packs for weary shoulders.
I can also keep you posted regarding crossability of the river to help you with planning.
I live in the south west of Western Australia. I love life on the coast and so do my family including surfer husband & 3 ( almost grown up) kids. We are grateful to be able to live in this beautiful part of the world and happy to share our knowledge of the area with guests.
I live in the main house, so will be available for assistance if you ever need it.
Gnarabup is a classic Australian beachside suburb. It has some beautiful pockets of nature with lots of walk trails between residential and resort homes. It is quite undulating so it has some really pretty views and the best swimming beach in Margaret River.
You can walk to many attractions in the neighbourhood such as the beach, local pub “The Common”, “White Elephant” cafe, the Cape to Cape Trail and several other interesting walks.
