Free WI FI and located in a quiet court only 3 minute walk to the smiths beach and 2kms from the Phillip Island Grand Prix Track and the Shearing shed. 4 bedroom house, main bedroom has ensuite with bath and a balcony that has views of Smiths beach. There is a main bathroom including bath and powder room. The living area has large ceiling to floor cascade window doors that open onto the main balcony where there is a family q Webber bbq outdoor table setting for 10 and outdoor couch.

Smiths beach is only a 3 minute walk, 2kms from the Phillip island Grand Prix track and 5 minute drive to Cowes or the Nobbies where you can see the famous penguin parade
We have a double locked garage to park your car and we have a coupe of push bikes for guest use.
