A very cosy cottage with three bedrooms including 1x queen size bed and 6 single beds. Fully self contained with air conditioning and full kitchen and laundry facilities. The beach house has recently been refurbished with new floor coverings, drapes and a fresh lick of paint. When staying at Sommers Bay Beach House you have the whole beach house to yourself. You are not just renting a room. Enjoy commanding water views over Sommers Bay and Norfolk Bay to Mount Wellington in the distance. Relax on the expansive front verandah with a wine and watch amazing sunsets over Sommers Bay and Mt Wellington. Your cosy beach house is so close to all these major attractions and yet is still only 50 minutes from Hobart, 40 minutes from Hobart airport and 50 minutes from the historic Richmond Village.
