Enjoying a brand new house in a quiet street, this is an ideal accommodation for big group! The living areas are comprised of a spacious an open-plan kitchen, large dining area with additional separate lounge room. Four good sized bedrooms including two ensuites and one full sized bathroom with tub. The space Living: The living room has high ceilings of 3.3m while the bedrooms have 2.7m ceilings allow natural light in all day long, creating a bright and airy atmosphere throughout the home. Bright north-facing living room with two 3 seaters sofas and 65-inch smart TV. Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with Fisher and Paykel appliances including a gas cooktop, oven, range hood and dishwasher along with an impressive 80mm bench top. Dinning: Large dinning area with dinning table can accommodate 8-10 people. Ensuite 1: Master bedroom with one queen bed, walk in robe and bathroom. There is also one queen bed outside the ensuite (in the lounge) as well as a 43-inch smart tv provided. Ensuite 2: Two double beds with walk in robe and bathroom. Bath tub is also available in there. Bedroom 3 & 4: Two rooms fitted with queen bed and build in robe.
