Property information
Sponars Onshore is a two bedroom Pet Friendly villa, Directly across the road from the lake and walking / bike tracks. It offers the perfect all year round holiday retreat. Only a short walk into town and 30 minutes drive to the snowfields.
The spacious living area is very comfortable with a large flat screen TV, free WiFi and reverse cycle air-conditioning for heating in Winter and cooling in Summer. The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooking, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and there is a large dining table for every one to comfortably sit around.
Accommodating up to 6 guest with a bedding configuration of 1 x Queen bed in the first bedroom and 1 x bunk bed ,1 x single bed and 1 x trundle bed in the second bedroom.
The bathroom has been tastefully renovated and features a full size bath with shower, toilet and vanity, underfloor heating for those chilly mornings and heated drying cupboard to keep your gloves and boots toasty warm ready for the next day on the slopes.
Sustainability practices include: Rainwater collected, recycling bins provided, taps and showers are water-efficient, towel reuse in place, walls and ceilings insulated, solar panels, green spaces on property.
The property has a fenced yard area for your furry friend and the Lake and walking tracks just across the road are a great place to walk your dog.
