All our properties are situated in pleasant neighbourhood areas and offer private off-street parking, most with lock-up garage. Our CBD properties are all a short walk to supermarkets, shopping, food outlets/cafes and the beautiful Victoria Park Lake. Some are located very close to Shepparton Train Station. The Kialla properties are only 100m to the Riverside Plaza and close to the beautiful Botanical Gardens, playgrounds and Goulburn River. The North end properties are situated a short distance from both GV Health (public hospital) and Shepparton Private Hospital, the amazing Sports Precinct, Supermarket, food outlets and Chemist.
