I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me. I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun! You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair). Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.

BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 50" Kogan smart TV that you can use. The TV has access to local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washing machine and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The carport provides parking space for one car. Free street parking is also available: Currie Crescent 2hr Telopea Park 2hr Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.

Manuka Oval is just 1 minute and Lake Burley Griffin is within a 10-15 minute stroll of this Telopea apartment. The National Gallery of Australia is a 3-minute drive and Old Parliament House is a 5-minute drive away from this apartment.
