The living areas are comprised of a spacious an open-plan kitchen, large dining area with additional separate lounge room. Five good sized bedrooms including two ensuites and two full sized bathroom with tub. The space Ground Floor Lounge: Large formal living room with one 5 seaters recliner sofas, one 3 seaters sofa bed and 55 inch smart TV. Second Lounge: Formal dinning table with 8 chairs. Kitchen: Spacious kitchen has oven, gas cooktop, microwave and dish washer. Laundry is also located on the ground floor. Washing machine and clother dryer are provided. Bedroom 1: Master bedroom has one queen bed with walk in robe and ensuite Bedroom 2: Fitted with one double beds and two bedside tables.
