Welcome to our family's holiday house in gorgeous Ventnor.
Pets are welcome.
400m stroll to the Beach.
A wonderful place for lazy days spent swimming and relaxing or exploring all the amazing places Phillip Island is renowned for.
Open plan living and kitchen, opens out onto sunny back north facing deck and lawn.
Fully equipped kitchen + dishwasher, recently renovated bathroom.
Netflix, wifi, puzzles + games.
HEATING/COOLING
The house has split system heating/cooling so stay cool in summer and cosy in winter.
PETS
Pets are welcome, please keep them off the furniture and clean up after them. The block is fully fenced.
PARKING
There is ample parking within a fenced block. The driveway is long enough to accommodate car/trailer combo.
The whole property is available for guests to use apart from the 2 garages at the bottom of the garden.
I'm available to call and take your messages when you stay. Any problems, please don't hesitate to contact me, I'm here to make your stay as fabulous as possible.
I have been hosting on AirBNb for 4 years.
Ventnor Beach is a 400m stroll.
There is a general store and liquor outlet at the beginning of Anchorage Street that is an easy walk (300m)
