Sunny Beach Holiday House accommodates 7 people, first bedroom has a queen size bed with ensuit, the second bedroom has a Queen bed szie bed. The third bedroom including a Queen bed and a King Single bed. A comfortable lounge area with a sofa set and a smart TV, open dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped also there is a BBQ at outsite yard you can use. We provide milk, Tea bags also instant coffee and coffee beans, if you prefer to make your own coffee, we have a coffe machine and grinder. Free wifi available. There are some board game sets, a soccor table which are good for family, kids, friends to play together. In the living area conor has a office desk if you need do some work. At the laundry we have a washing machine and a dryer.

Multiple Beach surround Holiday House, "Kingston Beach" only 1 mins driving distance. "Blackmans Bay Beach" 3 mins away driving from the property. Also recomended a secret small beach "Boronia Beach" just next street entre, only for walk acess. We are 15 minutes driving from Hobart City Centre, also we are the central base to all the toursim attractions like Bruny Island, Tahune Airwalk, Huon Trail, Salamanca Place, the Main Wharf, Mona Art Musum, Port Arthur and other good spots.
