Welcome to this beyond cosy, private ground level Sunshine Beach home. Tucked away in a small complex of 3, this home is perfect for your next Noosa getaway. Located only a short near flat walk to Sunshine Beach village and pristine patrolled beach, this home will tick all the boxes. Enjoy coastal rustic decor, huge private garden and all mod cons including wifi, Smart TV, air conditioning and full kitchen and laundry facilities.
We are delighted to present this gorgeous Sunshine Beach home to you. This cosy bungelow has been lovingly renovated by the owners with maximum comfort and style in mind. The property itself is one of only 3 in the complex and it is tucked away at the rear. There is a private front gate which will lead you into a tropical private courtyard with own front door entrance. As soon as you walk through the door (there are a couple of steps) you are greeted by an open plan dining and living area with beautiful polished concrete floors, cosy leather couch and dining table. There is reverse cycle A/C as well as a radiator for the cooler winter months. There is also a smart TV in the lounge area. The renovated kitchen with all mod cons and breakfast bar is also in this area. The huge tropical private garden can be accessed from the lounge area.
The two spacious bedrooms are side by side with funky barn doors. All linen and towels including beach towels are provided. The fully renovated bathroom and laundry area are located beside the bedrooms. The rear door leads you to an outdoor shower surrounded by lush tropical
