Only a short 2 minute walk down to an amazing surf beach where you can look out for wildlife and explore the rockpools at low tide. Accommodation features 3 bedrooms, one with a queen and a single sized bed, a double and a single sized bed in the second room, and a queen sized bed in the master bedroom which has an ensuite. Separate bathroom and toilet downstairs. Relax in the comfy lounge areas.

Quiet friendly neighbourhood. Close proximity to Surf Beach. 14 minute drive to the world famous Penguin Parade, 12 minute drive into the main town of Cowes where there are many lovely restaurants and cafes. Bring your bicycles if you have them or hire them from the bike shop in Cowes, as there is a shared bike/walking pathway from Surf Beach, all the way to Cowes and from Surf Beach, all the way to San Remo. From late September to late April walk a couple of hundred metres down to the beach lookout and watch the incredible mutton birds or short-tailed shearwaters return to their nests from being out at sea on dusk.
