Panoramic sea views over the vines and fruit trees from all rooms. A place for peacefull rest, high in the trees overlooking Geographe Bay. Three large bedrooms, all with fantastic sea views and two bathrooms. Enjoy sundowners and barbeque on the deck, playing Boulle on the large, level lawn or sit in front of a log fire in the lounge. Close to the beaches, wineries and galleries. 6 Kms from Dunsborough, Yallingup and Smiths Beach. A home from home, on 3.5 acres with everything provided. No smokers. Excellent mobile phone coverage (Telstra).
There is an independent flatlet with bathroom, lounge and kitchenette for 2 people that can be rented separately - contact owner if required. This will be occupied by a single guest from May to August 2022.
