Take a step back in time in this 70's vintage getaway nook. Immerse yourself on the back deck, watching the sun rise and set over a peaceful creek outlook. Fish or swim off your own private jetty.
Tune out for a weekend with DVD's, board games, throwing in a line or spinning a few vinyl records.
The Anchorage was purchased in 1978. She's been in our family for four generations. We have lovingly kept her true to the original form as possible AND for the first time available for others to enjoy.
Couple in their early sixties that love the outdoors including surfing, sailing and bushwalking. We are very passionate about the environment and our beautiful Australian lakes and beaches.
It is a 40min drive from Newcastle and 1.30min drive from Sydney.
The Anchorage is set on a quiet residential street. Close to the beautiful Watagan Mountains for some great walks. Dora Creek flows into Lake Macquarie for great boating.
