The property is located just off Western Avenue and near the Baroon Pocket Dam in Montville. It has it's own private outlook and garden on a parklike acre. Close by there are a number of restaurants and wedding venues, alternatively jump in the car and It is only a short 5 minute drive to the township of Montville which has many different shops, cafes and restaurants where you can soak up the Hinterland vibe.
