Open plan, air conditioned, spacious living area with modern quality furnishings throughout with the bonus of extras such as a 42-inch LED Flat Screen TV, FOX, Blu-ray DVD, CD Player, and i-Pod docking station. Two dining areas with formal dining adjacent to the main living area with seating for 8 guests. Flowing off this area is the undercover outdoor area with pergola roof, ceiling fan and 6 burner gas BBQ facilities. A fully equipped kitchen has complete cooking facilities, family size fridge/ freezer, electric stove top, stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, and plenty of bench space to prepare meals. At the rear of the house is the second living area which offers a 42-inch Flat Screen TV, ceiling fan and comfortable furnishings. This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. Pets are not welcome at this property. This property does have Wi-fi.
