The Country House at Hunchy is a spacious modern Queenslander designed and furnished to accommodate guests in luxury and privacy in a serene and secluded rainforest environment. We are exclusive: this is a huge homestead, but we only have the 2 King Spa Guest Suites for guest accommodation. The Rainforest Retreat is our showcase luxury accommodation with a beautifully upgraded bath which includes a spa tub for 2, a walk-in shower with 2 shower roses and an overhead rain shower. The Bottlebrush Suite is the same size with a beautiful living area, large bedroom, and walk-in robe. Our traditional B&B rates include a full 3 course breakfast, a welcome bottle of wine, and unlimited coffee and teas. We serve delicious home cooked food using only the best quality locally sourced organic and natural produce. We also offer fabulous American regional dinners (with advanced notice) for our guests. Each evening, we have a Happy Hour in our fully stocked bar/lounge where we serve you an appetizer and your first 'drink of the day" is free! Enjoy fantastic views of the Blackall Range and across the rain forest right down to the coast. All the Sunshine Coast Hinterland national parks, waterfalls and walking trails are on our doorstep. It's only a short drive to all the famous and popular Sunshine Coast beaches and a little longer drive north rewards you with cosmopolitan Noosa. On the way to Noosa, Eumundi markets are a must-do. Yandina, Maleny and Montville also have their own markets on rotating weekends and there are more exciting markets experiences on the coast itself.
