The F Project
The F Project Residence is a home within a volunteer-run art-space. It has a kitchen, dining room, lounge ,and 3 bathrooms and 2 of them are downstairs, with five large bedrooms, and a bathroom upstairs. It has 7 beds (2 king beds that can be separated into singles) and sleeps up to 11. Great house for groups or families.
The bedrooms are named in ode to Fletcher Jones , a Warrnambool icon :The ‘Pattern room’, ‘Fabric Cutting room’, ‘Sewing room’ and ‘Fitting room’ and 'Button Room'....
In addition to the live-in manager, the F Project Gallery and retail spaces are open Wednesday-Sunday 10am-4pm, and the volunteers on duty are always happy to help with advice about what's on around town.
Nestled on the wild coast of Victoria, Warrnambool is edged by a beautiful sandy bay, dramatic cliffs and rock pools, and rolling dairy farmland. Its natural beauty and proximity to nearby wonders such as volcanic Tower Hill and the Twelve Apostles make it a tourist hotspot and a very popular area for makers and creators. Warrnambool is the cultural hub of the South West Region. 250km from Melbourne, it is easily accessible by car, train and plane.
The F Project residence is in the centre of Warrnambool, walking distance to the cinema, restaurants and bars, Lake Pertobe, the beach and the railway station.
