The spacious townhouse is perfect for families or groups of friends relaxing and unwinding after a long day on the golf course or exploring the local area. The home provides bedding for up to 10 guests (10 adults maximum), 2 sitting areas (upstairs and downstairs), two bathrooms and one separate toilet/basin, 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cooking pots/pans, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery), laundry, dining, lock up garage & secure outdoor sitting area. There are 4 sofa beds - one is a large double sofa bed from Ikea (upstairs living room), one i large double sofa bed from Ikea (downstairs living room), and 2 fold out single beds (stored in the master bedroom wardrobe upstairs). The home is large and spacious making them well suited for couples, families, larger groups and business stays. The home has central heating and air-conditioning. The large main bedroom includes an ensuite with a separate shower/toilet while the main bathroom has a separate shower, bathtub & toilet with basin. Linen and towels are provided.
