Rooms of Renown is the passion project of Leeton locals James and Liane Gawne —avid lovers of vintage items and heritage experiences.
From clocks to old cars, James has been a collector and curator since he was a young boy. Liane has always loved to travel and is a collector of experiences; from Ronda in Spain to Intramuros in the Philippines. Together they have renovated three luxe art deco apartments in a 108-year-old building in Leeton.

The Panaretto Parlour is smooth with a capital S. This studio apartment is moody, masculine and has great lines, amazing original pressed tin ceilings and a stunning Art Deco feature pendant to match. It's set in the heart of Leeton's main street and features an open plan kitchen, lounge, dining and queen bed with Sheridan linen, a deco bathroom and secure parking on site behind electric gates.
Perfect for couples, the Panaretto Parlour is one of three of Rooms of Renown's luxe Art Deco short stay apartments in Leeton, NSW. The apartments are housed in the original accommodation at the rear of 36 Kurrajong Avenue, which was established in 1915 and expanded in 1920 by the Panaretto brothers to become The Renown Refreshment Rooms. Each apartment has been renovated and restored and features a strong deco aesthetic.
