Beyond stunning three level villa located in prestigious Sunshine Beach, Noosa. Located directly behind the village, this home is an easy walk to patrolled beach, restaurants, bar and Surf Club. The property one of only 2 superb homes with spacious bedrooms (all with ensuites), multiple living areas and balconies, private pool and gorgeous ocean views. The master suite is overlooking the ocean with huge ensuite and balcony with cooling ocean breezes.

Neighbourhood information

We are located in the pristige suburb Sunshine Beach in Noosa. The property is centrally located within a minutes walk to cafes, corner store, bar and restaurants. The renovated Surf Club and patrolled beach are a 3 minute easy walk away. Should you need to venture you can drive to locals favourite Noosa Junction in 3 minutes and world famous Hastings Street an main beach are a 5 minute drive away. Should you wish to enjoy the beach and village life you can walk everywhere. A lot of locals have electric bikes and scooters to zip around. Everything in Noosa is pretty much a 7 minute drive away.
