This area of Mount Gambier is well established with mainly older homes and established gardens. We are located on one of the last street in this area closest to the city centre. The Blue lake and Valley lakes are a five minute drive from this location. If you enjoy exercise, then it is an hour round trip walking from the home up to the blue lake and around the walking track which circles the lake. A nice walk in the cool of the evening. The cave gardens, library, sir Robert Helpmann theatre, rail land walking track and main corner are all within 5-10 mins walk. There is parking on the premises for 2 vehicles. There is also parking available on the road out front of the premises.
