One minutes walk to boat ramp where you can watch the fishermen feeding the pelicans or climb the lookout to view Westernport bay.
Take a trip to the penguin parade at Phillip Island or go to the hot pools on the Mornington Peninsula.
Drive in the drive way on the right hand side of the cottage. There is enough room for two cars. Feel free to close the gates if you wish.
