This recently renovated stay is located on Level 6, with a fantastic corner position that offers expansive views looking out to the harbour. A light and open layout includes a streamlined kitchen where you’ll find all you need to cook up a feast at home, plus a dishwasher for easy clean-up, while a dining area with a six-seater table offers an inviting setting to share meals.
A spacious living area includes two sofas where guests can settle in with a movie, while air-conditioning and ceiling fans will keep everyone comfortable year-round. Sliding glass doors open out to a generously sized private balcony, where you can dine alfresco around the six-seater table, lay back with a book on the sun lounger, or enjoy a glass of wine while you soak up the renowned Darwin sunset.
Two light and airy bedrooms sleep four guests, with the primary bedroom offering a king-size bed while the second bedroom has two single beds. Both have air conditioning, ceiling fans and built-in robes, the primary bedroom also features an ensuite while the second bedroom is serviced by the main bathroom.
Other conveniences include WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, and secure parking for one car.
A porta cot and high chair are available upon request at no extra cost. Please let us know at the time of booking if you’d like to use these amenities during your stay.

You’re a 10-minute walk from Bicentennial Park, a lush green space overlooking the harbour where you’ll find walking paths, picnic tables, and a playground. The Mindil Beach Sunset Market, held in April-October, is within a 20-minute walk, while the CBD is a five-minute drive. Other local attractions include Charles Darwin National Park and Lookout, the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory, and the George Brown Darwin Botanic Gardens.
