This well-presented double storey townhouse set at the rear of the block with absolute privacy is perfectly positioned and cleverly designed in a great location in Silverleaves. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, The Tides sleeps 7 guests. Your family will be comfortably accommodated with everything close by when you stay at this centrally-located place with a short drive to the beach. A delightful open plan living / dining area open to a private north facing deck for entertaining. A well appointed kitchen featuring all your needs and appliances. This tranquil open plan space is the hub of the home and is well equipped with all of your needs. The master bedroom has a WIR and ensuite are also located on the main level. Upstairs there are an additional two bedrooms with built in wardrobes and the main bathroom. Have some fun in the garage where you will find a table tennis table. A fabulous position for Golf, the Silverleaves Beach and an easy walk to Cowes township. The house is in a residential street surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. Loud parties are prohibited. Bedroom 1 - 1x Queen size bed Bedroom 2 - 1x Queen size bed (upstairs) Bedroom 3 - 2x Single size beds and 1x trundle bed (upstairs) What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions.
