Grant & Cath
Our Villas take advantage of their unique location, set along a ridgeline with elevated views. The native Australian bush stretches out beyond the rear decks, with magpies and kookaburras offering their unique songs, and galahs and swallows providing an aerial display. On the front deck you’ll feel as if you are in the tree tops, with wide open space in front of you, and distant views to our neighbours’ vineyards and olive groves. It’s a perfect location for cheese, wine and rocking chairs…
Comfy lounge, French linen sheets, soak tub – inside, The Villas provide a relaxed, intimate space. The decision will be hard to make – explore all that the Barossa has to offer, or curl up with a book, take time to reflect and lose yourself for a while? Perhaps all of the above!!
The Villas are bathed in light, from the first rays of sunrise streaming through the floor to ceiling glass to stunning sunsets retreating to the west. The beautiful natural landscape integrates seamlessly with the restful interiors of The Villas, offering a true bush retreat.
Wine. Dine. Play. Stay.
Seppeltsfield Road’s iconic avenue of palms winds its way through the vineyards of the western Barossa, passing through our tiny village of Marananga and on to Seppeltsfield. The region is home to renowned wineries such as Whistler Wines, Seppeltsfield, Tscharke and Torbreck as well as an intriguing number of small batch wine producers. Seppeltsfield Road is also home to some of the Barossa’s most exceptional culinary experiences - Fino, Appellation at the Louise and Hentley Farm Restaurant. If you're looking for some adventure, try ballooning or a Segway, helicopter or trike tour.
Beyond Seppeltsfield Road, the Barossa is a wonderful playground. More than 170 wineries, with 80+ cellar doors, amazing culinary experiences and boutique shopping. You'll need an extended itinerary to explore all that this beautiful region has to offer.
