The space is divided into two inviting zones — one centred around the electric fireplace and TV, and another designed for relaxed conversation. Upstairs, a second living area with a wet bar, book collection, and balcony overlooking Lawson Park and the church spire. The chef’s kitchen is built for entertaining, featuring Caesarstone benchtops, Bosch double ovens, an induction cooktop, integrated fridge/freezers, and a walk-in pantry. An adjoining bar with a wine fridge and glass shelving adds a refined touch. Dine at the antique table beneath a statement chandelier, or step onto the vine-covered patio for alfresco meals surrounded by lush, sunlit greenery. Each bedroom blends classic style with the home’s warehouse heritage. The upstairs primary suite offers a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite, and glass atrium balcony overlooking Lawson Park. Three additional bedrooms include two queens and one flexible king/twin setup, with one ensuite and a shared family bathroom. Downstairs, a second king suite provides a private retreat with its own ensuite. Four bathrooms feature spacious showers, premium toiletries, and soft towels. Three bedrooms include private ensuites, while the main bathroom and a lower-level powder room serve guests. A full laundry supports longer stays.
