The Waterford on Main Beach is just 3 minutes’ drive from Tedder Avenue’s restaurants and boutique shops. Both Marina Mirage and the Seaworld theme park are 5 minutes’ drive away. The bustling centre of Surfers Paradise is within 15 minutes’ walk. Each spacious, self-contained apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven and dishwasher. All apartments include a large lounge area with a DVD player and free cable TV. Guests can share an outdoor meal in the BBQ area, relax in the Steam room or play a game of tennis. Free onsite parking is available. Main Beach is a great choice for travelers interested in theme parks, beaches and relaxation. SCHOOLIES
Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. For this reason the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period, whether they are attending official Schoolie events or not.
NO PARTIES
Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies will result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.
