The private entrance is tucked away behind a secure code-locked gate on a hidden lane, detached and fully fenced within our property for your privacy. Perfect for singles or couples seeking a unique coastal retreat.
What makes this cottage truly special isn’t designer labels but the genuine love and attention to detail poured into it. Upcycled furniture and vintage treasures tell their own stories, crafting a stylish yet unpretentious space that stands apart from fast trends.
The open-plan design includes sliding doors for bedroom privacy, a well-equipped kitchen with gas cooking, and a fresh bathroom with Italian mosaic tiles, a double shower, and a luxury bidet. I’m a mum and a photographer with an eye for detail, I've created a unique private cottage on my property that blends coastal comfort and unique flair. Every corner tells a story through my upcycled pieces and thoughtful touches. Wanted to create an intimate space where guests can truly unwind and feel in a home away from home retreat.
The closest grocery store is a Spar, really 2 min walk away.
When you want to stay away from the busy Byron Bay town center and enjoy the surfy chilledSuffolk vibes: just up the road you can find everything there is a number of different shops for your convenience :

Enjoy the Complementary Bicycles provided, there is a bicycle track at the end of Alcorn st that goes to town through the lovely beach access ( Lekker bikes - always remember to use the lock )
The Bus stop is just across the road from your entrance, to go to Byron town, Bangalow, Ballina and around. Uber is working well too around here.
The White cottage is just across the gorgeous and tranquil Tallow beach.

SURF LOVER :
Tallow beach spans all the way from Cosy Corner to the beginning of Suffolk Park. It offers both right and left-hand waves depending on the swell direction. Tip; Cosy Corner is one of the few breaks protected from the dreaded northerlies.
Suffolk Park is south of Byron Bay.
Plus the wreck,The Pass, Wategos, belongil beach are all great for surfing depending on weather/wind conditions that you can check on surf apps
