She manages the day-to-day operations of our holiday let portfolio with professionalism and care. • Gaye – Residential Property Manager Gaye brings dedication and expertise to the management of our long-term rental properties, ensuring tenants and owners receive attentive, professional service. Whether you’re planning your next holiday or need a reliable team to manage your investment property, you’re in excellent hands with Premium Realty. We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking which will incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we will charge a security bond of 300AUD the day before check in. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded.
