Your hosts are Julie and Jason, a married couple who live locally, and their right hand woman Emma. On any given day, you’ll find Julie in the office, managing administration and overseeing that guests have a memorable trip. Jason is the photographer and maintenance hero. Their operations manager, Emma, corresponds with guests and organizes the housekeeping teams.

Enjoy panoramic views of the River Derwent, Mount Wellington, MONA Museum, and the Tasman Bridge, all from the comfort of a beautifully appointed home. This spacious and bright house is perched high amongst the Tasmanian blue gums – it feels peacefully remote, but is just a 20 minute drive from the vibrant Hobart city centre and less than 5 minutes from MONA museum. Perfect for extended family get togethers, or groups of friends exploring the state.  Please note there are CCTV cameras outside the property, near the front door and on the balcony facing the driveway. These cameras have microphones. They are external devices used for security purposes by the owner and are not located inside the house.

The suburb of Rosetta is peaceful, with a backdrop of the Tassie bush. Less than 5 minutes away is the world renowned MONA museum. The scenic mountainous drive through Collinsvale and Molesworth is also very nearby - take this road all the way to the historic town of New Norfolk, just 20 minutes away. Also nearby is Mt Filed, a stunning area of conservation full of age old rainforest and tranquil waterfalls. However, with views of the River Derwent, Mt Wellington, the Tasman Bridge, and MONA itself, we wouldn't blame you for not leaving your accommodation at all!
