The space “Tropical Oasis” offers open plan living, dining and a full kitchen , a separate TV chill out room with a couch to fit the largest of families with an easy flow out to a spacious outdoor entertaining area complete with outdoor dining and a BBQ. A powder room completes the downstairs. A washing machine and clothesline, dishwasher, air fryer, microwave and a large fridge makes holiday life a little simpler. Gives you choices- stay in, eat out , the options are there. Upstairs consists of two bedrooms with 2 Queen size beds, a bathroom with a roomy shower and full bath to relax in and a separate toilet . The third bedroom is a large master suite with a king size bed, full ensuite and WIR with views to the river from your bed. The upstairs family room has a comfy Koala double sofa bed perfect for children to sleep adjoining the parents master bedroom. Sliding doors give privacy with views onto the deck that offers daybeds and relaxation areas both inside and out. Many areas to hideaway with a great book and a glass of wine. Be woken by a beautiful sunrise and the sounds of the birds. With all the amenities needed to feel right at home including TV with Netflix, Nespresso Coffee and large BBQ. One small dog permitted on request. Downstairs only. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property with exception to the garage and driveway. There is plenty of free street parking.
