This beach retreat offers multiple living areas, each designed for connection and relaxation. Enter into a sunlit music lounge with a piano, guitar, cosy seating, dedicated workspace, and double sofa bed—ideal for quiet moments, creativity, or extra guests. Just beyond, the second sitting room invites board games and conversation in a bright, welcoming space. In the main lounge, sink into leather sofas for movie nights on the 65-inch TV. Upstairs, the third living area offers a TV, curated books, a cupboard with board games, and extra blankets for cosying up—perfect after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen makes mealtimes a breeze, with an oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and breakfast bar for casual bites. Share meals at the eight-seater dining table or gather on the covered deck, where a BBQ, ceiling fan, outdoor heater, and comfortable setting create the ideal alfresco dining spot. As night falls, stretch out on the rattan lounges for a quiet moment or slip into the hot tub for a relaxing soak. When it’s time to unwind, escape to one of three bedrooms upstairs designed for restful nights. The primary suite feels like a sanctuary, featuring a king bed, single daybed with trundle, walk-in wardrobe, private balcony, and an ensuite with a shower and twin vanities. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third offers both a queen bed and single bunk beds. Each room includes a mirrored wardrobe. These rooms share a family bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and vanity. A washer and dryer make laundry simple. Enjoy ultimate comfort with split-system air conditioning in the downstairs living area, complemented by central heating, portable fans, and evaporative cooling (currently unavailable until October) high chair is available on request, and off-street parking in the driveway accommodates two vehicles. Please note, internal stairs connect both levels and may not suit guests with limited mobility. One small dog is welcome upon request.
