The apartment is perfectly positioned to offer breathtaking views of the beach from the comfort of your balcony and living room. Start your day with a cuppa on the private balcony, where you can enjoy the picturesque ocean scenery. Inside you’ll find a beautifully appointed, air-conditioned living, dining and kitchen space with all the modern amenities. Featuring a dining setting, corner lounge and fully-equipped kitchen, the space is designed to be both stylish and functional. Both bedrooms are appointed with built-in-wardrobes and ceiling fans, with the master also featuring a TV. The modern bathroom boasts a walk in shower with beautiful rainfall showerhead, spacious vanity and toilet. With heating, air conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout, you’ll be able to enjoy a pleasant environment throughout your stay. Additional conveniences include an internal laundry, Wi-Fi, a single off-street car space with access to an EV Tesla 3 phase charger, and access to the secure communal courtyard.
